SMOKE & MIRRORS

2 oz. White Rose
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Giffard pamplemousse rose
1/2 oz. rich simple syrup*
3 dashes Angostura bitters
4 oz. boiling water, plus a couple more for preheating
1 amarena cherry, smoked if possible

Preheat a mug by rinsing it with a couple ounces of boiling water.
Add liquid ingredients.
Garnish with cherry, skewered and resting on the mug.

*Make by combining two parts sugar with one part boiling water.
