1-1/2 oz. White Rose
1/2 oz. honey syrup (made with 2 parts honey and 1 part water)
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon curd
1 tsp. greek yogurt
Roasted crushed pistachios for garnish (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously and strain into a stemmed cocktail glass.
Garnish with pistachios.
