AN ALPINE TIKI WINTER

1 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 oz boiling water
1-1/2 oz. Tea Spirit No. 16 - Spice Tea
1/2 oz. Bluebird Alpine Liqueur
3/4 oz. coconut milk
1/2 oz. BG Reynolds cinnamon syrup

 

Preheat a mug by rinsing it with a couple ounces of boiling water.
Combine all ingredients in the above order.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated chocolate.
